    睇返紀錄, 客人由 2020 年 3 月使用, 器材都比較舊款, 新款器材技術有進步, 當然免費為客人更新器材.

    Today, we received feedback from a customer reporting difficulties with their WIFI connection. After a system check, the internet connection is normal. However, the screenshot provided by the customer when connecting to WIFI shows that the WIFI channel is being used by several other nearby networks, causing connection difficulties.

    Looking back at the records, the customer has been using our service since March 2020, and their equipment is relatively old. Newer equipment has technological advancements. Of course, we will update the equipment for the customer free of charge.

    Viking Telecom, one monthly fee, includes on-site follow-up, handling the issue completely, and free equipment upgrade, perfectly resolving the customer’s problem 😉

    昨天客人致電查詢, 我們的光纖寬頻服務, 剛好單位有舊線, 不需拉線, 快速完成安裝, WIFI 馬上用得.

    老實說, 客人也問我光纖寬頻和 5G ROUTER 有什麼分別, 那個比較好, 講真大家都係上網, 一般普通使用, 其實分別不大.

    但我們光纖寬頻, 免約隨時一個月通知期可取消, 速度又有保證, 價錢也相宜, 最後客人決定選用我們的服務.

    當然是謝謝客戶的支持 😉

    Yesterday, a customer called to inquire about our fiber broadband service. Fortunately, the unit had existing wiring, no cabling was needed, and the installation was completed quickly. The Wi-Fi was up and running immediately.

    Honestly, the customer also asked me about the difference between fiber broadband and a 5G router, and which one is better. Truth be told, for general normal use, there’s not much difference since both are for internet access.

    However, our fiber broadband comes with no contract, a one-month notice period for cancellation, guaranteed speeds, and affordable pricing. In the end, the customer decided to go with our service.

    收到客戶報告, 上網唔 WORK, 檢查過系統正常, 看系統紀錄, 客人在 3:51PM 斷開, 和客人確定接線及電源都正常.

    我們便安刻安排上門為客戶檢查, 經過檢查後, 原來故障係舖內線路受損, 師傅即場維修, 連線馬上回復正常, 店舖各系統操作正常.

    Received a customer report that the internet was not working. Checked the system, and it was functioning normally. System logs showed the customer disconnected at 3:51 PM. Confirmed with the customer that the wiring and power supply were normal.

    We promptly arranged an on-site visit to inspect the issue. After inspection, it was found that the fault was due to damaged internal wiring at the premises. Our technician repaired it on the spot, and the connection was immediately restored to normal. All systems in the shop are now operating normally.

    Viking Telecom one monthly fee with all-inclusive lifetime warranty. Thank you for your support, customer! Perfectly repaired and resolved! 😉

    The customer has a newly built detached house, referred by a regular client. We have previously installed wireless broadband in several detached houses nearby, providing full-house Wi-Fi coverage. Viking Telecom offers high-speed wireless internet with full Wi-Fi coverage (main house, front garden, back garden + 2 granny flats, all fully covered). This time, we used 6 Mesh Wi-Fi 6 devices, ensuring smooth Netflix playback on the TV. The customer also tested various live streaming platforms, and the performance was smooth and stable.
